Submittal of a Letter of Interest

Interested parties are invited to first contact the City to discuss the project. The City would be pleased to open the structure for inspection.

Interested parties will ultimately be asked to submit a written Letter of Interest which outlines the proposer's qualifications for the project. This would include experience, financial capabilities, and visions for the project's design and operation.

Only experienced hoteliers and/or restaurateurs need apply.

Please note that the hotel and restaurant need not be managed by one person or organization, however it is believed that one manager over both operations is the best model to pursue at this time.

After the LOI's are received, the City will meet individually with interested parties to determine the best concept, experience and deal structure.
